I purchased gold on Friday after seeing the message for Triple Top up after merge but I did not get my triple top up. I put in a ticket right after to support and they said they would help me but it has been 3 days and i still do not have my triple gold. I am going to miss out on the gold spend rewards that end today thanks to the slow response from support so what are my options. Can i get a refund since it was false advertising? I am not going to top up again just to get these rewards that I should have gotten if the game worked properly..
