Order Not Delivered

Hello. I ordered a Year Pass about half an hour ago and it was not delivered. Could you please send it through? I am sure your system will show the purchase, my bank has the pre-authorization.

When I placed the order I had to reset my Google Play password (I order things only rarely) and Age of Wushu said 'Error:' with no detail after the purchase. As mentioned, however, my bank does show the charge.
